The new release list has been announced, and many people are asking me, "Where did Kashii Hanano go?"
Not releasing an album for two months is definitely unusual, but if you're saying she left Premium to become a project actress... I don't think it's time to draw conclusions yet:
Why?
Let's take a look at her Twitter. In her bio, she still refers to herself as a Premium exclusive. "Logically speaking," an actress wouldn't change her bio before her status changes, so at least for now, Kashii Hana is still a Premium member.
Then why doesn't she release any videos? Clues can still be found on her Twitter. Although she updates infrequently, she posted on December 8th last year saying she was "doing a long-awaited photoshoot," which indicates two things: one, she's still working and there's no need to worry about retirement; two, she had taken a break before...
Given the three-month production timeframe for AVs, she should have a film out by March at the earliest. We'll see then whether she's still an exclusive with Premium or has transitioned to a project actress. Personally, I think she's still with Premium, and I even think Hoshina Ai hasn't left:

It's still a blow to release two fewer exclusive actresses at once, so in addition to bringing in Yuzuriha Karen to be a joint exclusive for two studios, Premium also released a new film in February featuring Hishima Airi in a luxurious collaboration with the three actresses: "Tokyo's Good Wife Sex. - I was captured by a younger man in a sex session with a part-timer...". Some people are wondering if Hishima has now become an exclusive actress for all three studios? That's not impossible. Akari Neo (根尾朱里) already had exclusive contracts with four studios, so giving her three exclusive contracts isn't out of the question. However, Airi Hishima (希島爱里) is always an actress who explains her situation clearly, so let's wait for her to explain herself.
