Yes, as you can tell from the title, this is Yuuki Maiko's brand new work, but it's not an AV, it's a pubic hair photobook...
So there are two questions: First, what does she look like now? Second, is she going to make a comeback and shoot AVs?
The first question is easy to answer: How old is Yuuki Maiko now? The answer is 45. You might not guess from her photobooks, but photos from events show she's really aged. Comparing her current photos to her prime, it really makes me feel like our youthful days are gone forever...
So, do we want to see her go back to making adult videos?
Let's first talk about the opportunity that led to Maiko Yuuki's comeback photoshoot. At the end of last year, she attended an event called "Legendary AV Actresses," based on a book by renowned author Hiroki Terai. The book mentions legendary actresses like Yuri Komuro, Marina Matsumoto, Ryo Hitomi, and Kurumi Morishita, and Yuuki was a guest of honor. Although she was a little nervous after not attending events for a while and showed signs of aging, she and photographer Shin Yamagishi immediately agreed to collaborate.

There's no word on Yuuki Maiko's comeback in the market, and she didn't appear in front of everyone because of an AV film. While it's hard to say what the future holds (maybe this photobook will be well-received, maybe an agency will contact her soon), she's 45 years old and has a partner. A little nudity in a photobook is fine, but to go and have a serious relationship with an adult film actor requires considering her partner's feelings and whether she has the resources to continue in this industry.
