That's Shida Yukina, who debuted with the production company Moodyz. Why is she considered a super-large newcomer? It's simple: her work covers are stamped with "Exclusive Debut." You know, Moodyz is the studio that owns the adult entertainment industry's sales queen, Shoko Takahashi. And unlike E-Body, they don't just randomly give newcomers "exclusive" treatment. So, anyone who can join this studio and work alongside Shoko Takahashi, Minami Hatsukawa, and Sakura Mizuto is definitely not an ordinary newcomer.
But after seeing the cover, aren't you wondering, what makes Yukina Shida so special?

Unfortunately, like Karen Kaede, Yukina Shida's work hasn't shown the momentum of a super rookie. I think besides the fact that her big-budget co-starring roles have attracted attention, the biggest problem for these two newcomers is that they can't compete with the heavily edited and sensationalized content of E-Body's newcomers. This is certainly not a good sign. However, thankfully, they are both promising new talents being groomed by production companies, so there's a long road ahead. Hopefully, the production companies and agencies can find a strategy to promote them.
