Frankly, I think that's impossible. Besides the insurmountable legal issues, the most important reason is that mosaics are too effective. Scenes like ejaculation, squirting, and oral sex can all be faked with mosaics…
Perhaps some might say, "If that's the case, wouldn't it be better to abolish mosaics altogether? Wouldn't it be better for the male actor to directly attack the female actor's genitals, opening wide and getting a real feel for it?"
That's true. However, according to the agencies, while censoring is troublesome, complete uncensoring could potentially halve the number of works in the industry. This is because there would be less variety in the content, male actors would be under greater strain, and female actors' shelf life would be shorter.
Don't believe it? Then let's take a look at the work "Chi○Pogomu Ningen," which, simply put, is a sister work to One Piece, "One..." "Penis" tells the story of a high school student who suffers from bullying because of his small penis. Wanting to escape the stigma, he orders a "coward's nemesis" online and swallows it without even reading the instructions…
As a result, he transforms from a coward into Luffy, becoming incredibly flexible and able to extend and retract his penis. The video shows Hoshikawa Rinka's head being completely encased in her foreskin before being forced to perform oral sex on him, her penis wrapped around her repeatedly. No wonder that although applying mosaics takes a long time, production companies don't necessarily want to skip this process—it's simply because mosaics are so useful!
