This series has two parts, and it seems like both are the manager praising the actress, right? Actually, it's common for agents to criticize actresses privately; the above statement is quite polite:
To set the context, the event was the 2018 TRE Taipei International Adult Expo. The actress was a retired fashion icon. Everyone had heard she was extremely particular about makeup and styling, so the organizers specially arranged for her to be served by the best makeup artist. After the first day of work, this diva was very satisfied and specifically requested that the same artist continue to do her makeup, much to everyone's relief.
The next day, she was dissatisfied. Looking at herself in the mirror, she became increasingly unhappy, even speaking with a runny nose. No one knew what the problem was. They asked a makeup artist, who said she had followed the same method and rhythm as the previous day and couldn't understand what was wrong. At this point, they had to ask her agent what was going on, and the answer they got was the above:
It's not hard to guess who she was. Many of you can probably imagine how awkward it was, but don't misunderstand, the agent said it with a wry smile. Then, her manager's words came true again the following year. This time, however, it wasn't because of bad makeup; rather, we remembered that during an event in 2018, she really liked a certain brand of sushi. In 2019, thinking I was being thoughtful, I ordered the exact same meal again, but this time the diva didn't like it. The meal box was just sitting there untouched.
So, my conclusion about this diva is: Wow, she's so unpredictable and hard to fathom!
