The answer is "Seori Mitsuhime": Her profile can be found on Wikipedia. Born in 1997, she will turn 22 this year. She started her activities in Nagoya as early as 2012 and filmed a Shiseido commercial the following year, even earlier than the 16-year-old SOD mentioned.
