One book features the cover of Saito Asuka's photobook, while another is a work by Asahina Nanase. One book is titled "Shokusao" (潮騒), and the other is named "Shokuhou" (潮吹). Isn't this a parody?
As for whether Asahina Nanase resembles Saito Asuka... Damn, stop kidding. Aside from having the same eyes, nose, and mouth, I really can't see any resemblance between them...
