So, it's crucial to clarify from the beginning whether they're willing to manage their social media presence, and which media interviews they're open to and which they're not. Jinguji is the most cooperative in this regard; she's "all-inclusive" when it comes to promotion—she's open to everything. Radio stations are okay with her, YouTubers and TV shows are welcome to collaborate, and magazine photoshoots are even better!
And then what? Now, let's talk about the performance aspect: This is also very important because it's no longer the era of receiving the script only after arriving at the studio. The male actors you'll be working with need to be known well in advance, otherwise the actress might refuse to film – this is why I brought up Jinguji. She's extremely meticulous about the performance quality. Although she went through a period of intense filming, she always scored every detail of the performance and the actors she worked with. Naturally, those who didn't meet her standards were considered "NG" (no good).
First, the "three major" (referring to top-tier male actors): What are the three major? These are anal sex, hardcore SM, and excretion videos, all of which Jinguji no longer does. No, she's a very shy and quiet girl in private (at least to me). The current AV industry also hopes that actresses can go out happily and come home peacefully.
