So, why does Bamiuda/Mousouzoku say she unbanned herself with a Black actor?
There are two reasons. First, it's incredibly effective at marketing; look at the recent online buzz – everyone wants to see Hatano scream! Second, it's rare for someone in this industry to have a "comeback from obscurity" – the two most obvious examples being Yui Hatano and Eimi Fukada. They both ended up in the same situation: one completely avoids mentioning her past with Kokoro Amami, while the other constantly talks about "Hatay Hatano of the world," as if Yui Hatano, who was an exclusive actress for Prestige and h.m.p, was just someone who looked like her.
But I liked Hatano back then, so seeing this situation now is truly laughable.
