The contrast between the lover and husband is portrayed with distinct layers by Ayaka: at home, she is well-mannered yet harbors inner torment, while during her trysts with her lover, every cell in her body is burning. The pleasure of immorality makes her reactions more real than in any normal work, because the trembling comes not only from the body but also from the intertwining of guilt and liberation deep within her heart.
