Since Sakura Moko, there haven't been any new artists; since Mikami Yua and Takahashi Shoko's dream collaboration, there haven't been any new releases from the adult video company Muteki. Finally, they've made a move—just like I analyzed in the previous post, unless it's a major decision like a complete hiatus or a change in release format, then a super-duper-ultimate big name is about to debut:

I'm quite curious. Thinking from Muteki's perspective, three years without new actresses, two years without new works—to wake up from this dormant state, either there's some kind of order from higher-ups or there really are some incredibly talented newcomers. Among the actresses who debuted this year, Nanatsumori Riri should be at that level, but Muteki didn't get her. And what about this Kaoru Anwei?
She debuted as a gravure idol in 2017, initially known as "Kaoru Anai." Confident in her figure, she volunteered to debut with her agency. The following February, she launched her career with her first swimsuit photoshoot in Weekly Playboy, subsequently earning the title "Next Generation Gravure Idol Higashi no Yokozuna."
She released a bunch of photo DVDs, did a lot of photoshoots for online media, and received DJ training. Because of her short hair, the mole on her nose, and her firm G-cup breasts, she has considerable fame. However, things changed somewhat in the latter half of this year (2020). At the end of August, after a fan meeting, she announced her departure from her agency, changed her stage name, and would continue her activities as an uncontracted artist, giving the AV industry a chance to capitalize on this (of course, she claimed she had long wanted to collaborate with Muteki)...
Strictly speaking, her level is certainly not higher than that of Mikami Yua, who came from the AKB48 system, but her physique is truly impressive, probably no less than that of Takahashi Shoko (Takahashi Seiko), who was hailed as a savior upon her debut. But then again, since her level isn't at the level of Mikami or Takahashi, why did Muteki revive because of her? I think besides the fact that Kaoru Anwei (安位薰) is indeed a top-tier actress, using Muteki to promote her could elevate her to another level. It might also be a way to make Muteki more visible and let the outside world know they're not invisible. Whether this studio will resume its regular releases after Anwei remains to be seen.
