This is the film I'm most interested in from the November 7th release!
Just by looking at the cover, you can tell this is a commemorative work from the production company Attackers to celebrate Minori Kawana winning the "AVOPEN 2018 Heart Category 1 & Actress Award." The problem is, we've seen many production companies submitting works to exhibitions, but we rarely see them celebrating their awards. So what is Attackers planning this time?
The video says it's a "6-in-1 Project," meaning it's a six-in-one project. Some viewers might think this is a compilation and want to rewind, but please don't! This video celebrating Minori Kawana's award isn't a compilation. It's 150 minutes long and features six different projects, all newly filmed. In other words, Minori Kawana essentially starred in six different works!
Pretty impressive, right?
In six different chapters, Minori Kanagawa portrays a woman with extreme carnivorous desires, a pitiful appearance after being brutally raped, a woman who helps others in the sex industry, and experiences the life of a two-faced person who is an office lady by day and works part-time by night. She is also made to wear a yukata and play various roles. Everyone's favorite married woman and the final, brutal battle on the air mattress... Although the content of all six works is very "attacker's," being able to see so many different sides of Kawanami Miri in one work is truly exhilarating, and it makes one wonder how the production company will tell each story well within an average of 25 minutes.
Frankly, I was quite surprised, not because Kawanami Miri gave a near-makeup-free performance in the series, but because it's rare to see a production company specially making a work to celebrate an actress's award; this tells us that although AV... Open is probably on its last legs, but some production companies still consider winning awards the highest honor and want to celebrate for their actresses. Besides, winning awards isn't easy, so it's no wonder some actresses have an ego. But Minami Kawana is truly remarkable; she doesn't seem to care much about winning awards or feel there's anything to be proud of. When her manager said that some actresses change after winning awards, she even blinked innocently and said, "Maybe it's better not to win awards?"
Now, she should know how amazing she is and how important she is to the production companies.
